It is that time of year again.
February 1,2013 is NATIONAL WEAR RED DAY.
Showing your support on National Wear Red Day is just one of many ways you can take action against heart disease. This event was created to build public awareness - Urging people from all walks of life, towns, schools, the media, buildings and landmarks to GO RED!
This will help bring attention to the no. 1 killer of females and children - Heart Disease.
I ask you to wear red on this day. Not just for our son, Mason but for anyone you know with heart disease or a heart defect. whether it they be male of female, a friend or family member, husband or wife, children, etc.
If you choose to wear red, I would love it if you shared a picture of yourself on this day.
You can share your picture by e-mailing me at kelsey.garka@yahoo.com
I look forward to painting the town RED!
